Our further booking procedure as follows:

Our enquiry form, which should be filled in by you, opens.
The form reaches us as an e-Mail.

You will get a quote within 24 hours. In case, that you don't get a quote in this period, please contact us by e-Mail.

You will receive a quotation as soon as possible by e-Mail as well.
If you wish a reservation, we need a written confirmation by Mail immediately.
Within one week we need then a 40% pre-payment (higher sums just 20% - 30%) either on our European or South African bank account (you will receive the bank details after we have received your written confirmation).

Alternative you can pay with your credit card via PayPal (additional costs for payments via PayPal: 3,9%)

For bookings, with an stay for less than one week, you have to pay the completely amount.

After having received the pre-payment we will send you an obligatory booking confirmation together with a brochure of our house by post (please make sure, that you send us your postal address).

30 days before you will start your journey you have to pay the remaining amount.
