When you send an accommodation enquiry, the website records the details you provide, including your contact information, requested dates, guest numbers, preferred suite and message.

Why we use it

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss accommodation and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

Who receives it

The enquiry is sent to the guesthouse reservations contact and an acknowledgement is sent to the email address you provide. Service providers supporting website hosting and email delivery may process the information on behalf of Secret Garden.

Map service

The Contact page includes a lazy-loaded Google Maps address map. When the map loads, your browser connects to Google and Google’s own privacy practices apply. A separate external map link is provided.

Your choices

You may contact Secret Garden Guesthouse at admin@secretgarden-capetown.com to ask about personal information submitted through this site.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect submitted information. Contact Secret Garden if you have a question about retention or wish to make a privacy request.
